Services
Foundation Repair
Our foundation repair specialists address settlement issues caused by expansive soils and drainage problems. Using helical piers, micropiles, and slabjacking techniques, we stabilize and level residential and commercial structures. With 20+ years of experience, we provide permanent solutions for cracked foundations, ensuring structural integrity before remodeling projects begin.
Chimney Repair
We repair leaning or damaged chimneys caused by soil movement and foundation settlement. Our technicians install helical pier underpinning systems to stabilize chimney foundations and prevent further damage. This service includes bracket installation and soil compaction to restore structural alignment and prevent water intrusion.
Slope Stabilization
Our slope stabilization solutions protect properties from hillside failures and erosion. Using TECCO mesh systems, rock drapes, and soldier pile walls, we secure unstable slopes and prevent rockfall damage. These methods provide long-term protection while maintaining natural aesthetics and environmental sustainability.
Concrete Repair
We repair cracked or damaged concrete foundations, slabs, and walls using advanced techniques. Our specialists assess underlying causes like soil movement before performing repairs, ensuring lasting solutions for patios, floors, and structural components while maintaining property value.
New Construction Piles
For new construction on unstable soils, we install helical piers and micropiles to create stable deep foundations. This service enables building on challenging soil conditions by transferring structural loads to bedrock or stable soil strata, preventing future settlement issues for residential and commercial projects.

Ive used security foundation repair for two different houses. On the first house after a couple months the dirt had sunk down in a couple places and they came back out to fill it in. I just recently used them for another house and they were quick and efficient. Make sure that if you use this company and you sell your house or you buy a house that they've worked on that you get the warranty transferred within the 21 day deadline. There is a $500 transfer fee.

Are there any honest companies out there? Cause this one ain't one of them!! Bought a house and this company was recommended to be online. I should have done my research on them as I normally do, but when I saw how many stars they've had, I decided to go with them. Worst decision every!! I strongly do not recommend those people to anyone

Don't use them. They did bad job with my house foundation. I called them to come fix it and no one answering my phone calls or texts. They say they offer life time warranty but it is a lie.

I had foundation work done on my house in 2018. The house had settled a bit more over the next year, with some areas rising and some areas getting lower. They honored their warranty and came back to fix the house. They excavated 3 exterior piers and pressed them further and also got under the house to re level the interior piers. They were on time and swept up after themselves inside the house and out. I was pleasantly surprised and will call these guys first in the future.

This company has been around for about 25 years, theyre a family owned business, meaning theyre affordable, care about their customers and offer lifetime warranty on most of their services. Theyre also very professional on what they do. I totally recommend them! You wont regret it.

Buyer beware! This company does not stand by its work! Purchased a house that had foundation work completed by this company. They came out to reinspect the foundation after I found major cracks appearing in the walls. They found one section needed lifting. Said they would come back and repair, then stopped responding to calls and texts. They clearly do not honor their lifetime warranty!!

These people are shady In 2010 they fixed the foundation on my house. They gave me a warranty. In 2014 I put the house up for sale. I lost the warranty and asked for a replacement. Alex promised to get me a copy. He didn't. Then he ignored my texts and emails. I wrote them a letter and enclosed my canceled checks for the service. They didn't respond. I said I would come by to pick up a copy. Alex told me I should call the contractor on the warranty. I told him I didn't have the warranty. He promised to get me a copy. Now we are down to I already sent it, didn't you get it? God help me
