I had an awning installed last December. The men were very nice and did. A good job. however, when i tried to close it (roll it up) I found it extremely difficult to do so. I began calling 6 weeks ago for a technician to come and grease the bearings. I finally got an appointment after 6 weeks of calls. The technician never showed. I called and was told that's taahe office would check. And let me know if they were still planning to come, but she never called me back to tell me. When one calls the office the person on the phone promises to find out when an appt. can be had and to call

I am very careful with who I have working and repairing items at our newly remodeled home. I had made arrangements for interviews with three local awning companies to compare pricing and warrenty. I also wanted to have an opportunity to meet the sales people face to face.

Fortunately, my husband was available for the first meeting with Ron Huntley, the owner of King Awnings in Santa Ana. This place is so unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment to take care of my back patio. They canceled at last minute and rescheduled on a day had to leave out of town. Cancel that trip and still didn't make the appointment. I regret doing business here. By the time it was finally taken care of it didn't meet the standards I was promised

Well... I should've read the reviews before we decided to move forward w/ them. There were too many mixed comments, and everything more recent is pretty much horrible. I have to take a little blame, as the dimensions changed once they finally came to install, but, the biggest complaint I have is absolute lack of communication. Once they have your money, that's all she wrote. I was told my project would take 2 weeks, and 2 weeks turned into 3 months. I tried to get a hold of someone, since I was never contacted, and I have to be honest, I don't think I would've ever been called
