McCarthy Pest Control has been servicing our house since we bought it. Neil has been fantastic. He is always professional, timely, and incredibly nice. He’s great at keeping us updated on our brown recluse situation, which is no longer an issue. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

McCarthy is the best! Lance was terrific today as walked the property. I called about rodents and ended finding out that we also have a problem with Brown Recluse spiders! Lance was terrific explaining the situation and offering solutions. We have used McCarthy for many years and they are fair, professional, and thorough. I like that they give you options. Woody treated our home inside out for ants, spiders, etc. This company answers phones with a live person, they show up on time, are knowledgeable and professional. Because of this, I am confident enough to sign an ongoing quarterly agreement with them to continue their service. He sprayed inside, outside, and knocked down any outside spider nests, or wasp nests, which I didn't even expect. 5 Star all the way.!!

We have been using McCarthy since we moved into our home in U City in 2018. The home office staff is quick and helpful whether it’s scheduling, discussing services or taking payment. The techs (we work with Neal) are sensitive to our little ones schedule and work around it when needed.

We recently hired Tim McCarthy and his team to fumigate our home for brown recluse spiders. From the pleasant and responsive office staff to the grounds staff who carefully positioned the tent to salvage much of our landscaping, to the follow-up checks by Tim himself -- I cannot express how impressed I've been with this organization.
