We had a great experience with Kevin Sparks Signature Pools and would highly recommend to anyone interested in a new pool. We have several neighbors that used different companies and think the overall experience and customer service we had made our pool a very easy process. KSSP was the only pool construction company we looked at that came out to the site and offer a detailed cost estimate for what we wanted. The team was great to work with - from Jeff working with us on selections; Jonah managing the day-to-day construction; and Lauren providing updates and being a responsive point of contact

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I have been trying for 10 months for Kevin Sparks Pools to fix an issue on a pool at my house that they installed. Have gotten nothing but the run around. No one wants to take ownership of the problem but they are more than happy to take your money, before services are rendered. Take your business elsewhere.

We simply could not be happier with our pool from Kevin Sparks! Everyone was great to work with from the start. From design, picking out material and the construction process, we had a great experience with everyone we worked with. Shout out to Jeff, Lauren and David! It took a little longer than we expected due to a host of factors but the end result is absolutely stunning and we are so happy our vision was realized the way we dreamed it would be. We would definitely recommend Kevin Sparks to anyone who is considering a pool.
