My husband and I don't make a ton of money, but we clip coupons and shop secondhand and do our best to put away any extra for us to buy special things for our family. Terrible! Have gone there the past 4 years to have our shark serviced. Didn't do a thorough job. I called this year about buying a new motor and was told that they weren't servicing any "new customers!" Well, they certainly lost our business.
