Ohio Awning is a unique combination of the craftsmanship and integrity of the 19th century with the technology and innovation of the 21st century. We were originally founded in 1865, when James Wagner returned from the Civil War to make tents, sails, bags and later, awnings. In 1931, Wagner Awning & Tents moved into its current 78,000 square foot factory on the near West side of Cleveland.
