After nearly 25 years running a roofing company with his brother Dan, Bill Keith left to start a new company, SunRise Solar Inc. to develop the SunRise Solar-Powered Attic Fan. As a roofer, he understood the importance of proper attic ventilation, and wanted to offer an alternative to traditional electric attic exhaust fans.
Flat Base

The flat base solar attic fan is ideal for any normal shingled roof. Best location is on a south or west-facing roof slope. Replacement Parts

Our replacement motors are compatible with other solar attic fans. Rest assured you are receiving the highest quality attic fan replacement motor with your order. As long as the sun is out, this thermostat turns the fan on when the temperature is 80 degrees Fahrenheit and above. It will shut the fan off once the temperature reaches 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
