Johnny G was earlier than expected which was wonderful! He had the parts on the truck and fixed my dryer plus changed out all the fuses in less than 30 minutes! Im grateful they were able to fit us into their schedule right before the holiday!

Requested service to assess dryer and determine why my washer smelled so funky after washing clothes.
Advised dryer motor is going out, I which was afraid of, and I was using too much detergent in washer causing residue, thus smell. Product used to get rid of smell worked and product name was shared by repairman, Jeff.
Jeff was helpful and professional. I do believe the bill was high for no more than was done.
