Kevin and Kurt were a dynamic duo. We called to have them come out and fix our Weber Genesis 450 BBQ...showed up on time and wearing masks! As I walked them through our house Kevin (the owner) noticed our fireplace insert and commented that he worked on this unit at the manufacturing facility and had one at home. Our insert stopped working last winter and Kevin started working on the insert immediately. Well, they fixed it, cleaned it and added pretty embers that glow now that our insert is working!!
