Apparently they do not need the business because I have called several times and to get someone out to give a quote was a hassle and they never sent the estimate. I GUESS THEY DO NOT NEED NEW BUSINESS!

Contacted the company interested in shade sail installation and sent photos through text per Al Rodriguez's request. I followed up to make sure he got the photos and no response. Ignoring people isn't nice.

I have dealt with this company in the pass and they had provided an excellent service. Last week I contacted them to redo an awning they have built for me back in 2009 and built another small one in front of my house. As per they request I did sent via text message the pictures they requested and a request for confirmation they have been received.
2 days later I wrote to them asking for a status and just got a reply saying they make 2 to 3 days to get me a quote. So sorry but I can't not wait that long just to get a quote.
