Custom Spa Covers
Our custom spa covers are engineered with marine-grade vinyl and reinforced stitching for maximum durability. Available in multiple shapes and sizes, these covers feature cold-crack resistance down to -20F and UV-protected materials. The tapered virgin foam core provides optimal insulation while maintaining structural integrity under heavy use.
Cover Lifters
Hydraulic and standard lifter options make cover removal effortless for all spa owners. These mechanical systems reduce physical strain while extending cover lifespan through proper handling. Available models include Rock-It, Rx, Caddy, and EX variants to accommodate different spa configurations and user needs.
Vapor Barrier Upgrades
Our dual extreme vapor barriers use 8mil thick plastic wrapping heat-sealed around foam cores. This prevents water absorption that causes weight gain and structural failure. The upgrade significantly extends product lifespan while maintaining thermal efficiency in humid or cold environments.
Energy Shield Add-ons
This reflective underlayer improves heat retention by redirecting warmth back into the spa water. The energy-saving feature reduces heating costs while maintaining consistent water temperatures. The upgrade works synergistically with premium insulation materials for maximum thermal performance.
Foam Insulation Packages
Available in 1.5lb and 2lb densities, our foam cores provide structural strength and temperature regulation. Thicker options (4-6 inches) offer enhanced insulation for colder climates. The tapered design balances weight distribution with thermal retention for optimal performance in various environmental conditions.
Questions
How do I measure my spa for a custom cover?
Measure the full length and width of your spa. For rounded corners, use our printable radius template to determine the corner radius measurement.
Can you build covers for odd-shaped spas?
Yes, we create custom covers for any spa shape, including those with cutouts or special features. We may request a template for very unusual configurations.
What foam density should I choose?
We recommend 1.5lb or 2lb foam for most outdoor applications. 1lb foam works for covered locations like gazebos but lacks durability in harsh weather.
What is the Dual Extreme Vapor Barrier?
This 8mil thick moisture protection system wraps the foam core and uses heat-sealed seams to prevent water absorption and structural degradation.
How heavy are your spa covers?
Standard covers weigh 45-55lbs depending on selected options. This is significantly lighter than saturated old-generation covers that could exceed 300lbs.
Do you offer warranty coverage?
All our spa covers include a comprehensive 3-year warranty covering material defects and structural failures under normal use conditions.

Ordered and was charged $299.99 on Nov. 11th. Was told it would ship Dec 28th. When I emailed to check on my order, I was told that they would need to charge my credit card an additional $60 to cover the shipping costs because of COVID and that my cover hadn't even been started. I think this is a scam

Buyer beware as "Free Shipping" doesn't mean free shipping. Expect an email from them telling you there is an upcharge because of ...."fill in blank". Take a look at the Better Business Bureau page for multiple different versions of their story. On the brighter side, they quickly gave me my money back, hence 3 stars instead of 1.

BEWARE of this company. I think they may be fraudulent. Serious delays, then gave me shipping info for a different customer. Still can't tell me when the spa cover I ordered months ago will ship...all this after they charged me extra to ship due to 'COVID delays". I would not recommend.
