We had a problem with our gas wood stove that no one seemed to be able to fix. It was a 10 year old stove, and we called the original store from which we bought it, and they werent servicing this model anymore. The strange thing is that we had called them earlier to send a technician to clean the stove and inspect it, which he supposedly did, and they charged us a lot of money for this service. Apparently, the guy did not actually inspect it because Becky from Fireplace outlet found a corroded battery, and some malfunctioning wiring that was causing the problem, and fixed it immediately without

From start to finish this has been the best experience ever. Becky the owner is amazing, she made a trip to our house and did all the measuring and checked our piping and we didn't need to buy any. She saved us money where ever she could. Brendan was also very knowledgeable and was a great help in making sure we were buying the right stove for our house. Even if you put the stove in yourself they are willing to come to your house for free and check eventhing out to make sure it's good to go. So if you're looking for a gas stove and great people to work with then this is the place to go. Thank you

Had fireplace outlet install Woodburner in remodeled garage, luv the stove. Unfortunately the stove has a leaking stove pipe since day one, their customer service sucks. Don't answer phone and mail is always full. Do your self a favor and find another company.

Great company. Very pleased with them. Our General contractor had questions and requested a copy of the dimensions of the insert. Becky returned my phone call promptly and emailed the dimensions as requested. The crew showed up on 9/29 as scheduled. Installation was quick and seamless. A few days later I had a couple of questions. Becky was in the area and stopped by to answer my questions within 20 minutes of my call. I dont know of many companies that give you that kind of customer service. See the before and after pictures. I Can not believe the difference and absolutely love it.
