Terrible service department. called in to get my hot tub checked spoke to Jennifer. she couldn't tell me when they could come look at it. they were out this past friday, we were told by the technician he didn't have the right tool to test my board and they left. Jennifer called me this morning with a quote of 2200 to fix it and starts naming off all the parts it needs. half the parts she named off are in workingborder and dont need replaced. very shady company beware if you call them for service

With Aqua it starts when you walk through the front door. Whether this is your first time there or an old customer you are greated with a smile and friendly hello. Had an old hand me down tub that I first went to them for help. They always gave me a notice what day they were coming out and always showed up on time with the people and equipment they needed. We finally decided the tub was old, tired and we were wasting time and money. Spoke with Danny and he helped us get into a new Hot Springs Hot Tub, the best move we could have made. Have you ever bought something and gotten home and just feel you've been ripped off. Well if you have and enjoy that feeling, shop here. Do your self a favor and grab any chemical they happen to sell. Then look it up online. There will be at least a 100 percent mark up. Grab any pool toy,pool part or even a service part and look it up. If you use their "platinum pool care service" really pay attention to the chemicals they put in your pool. They use shock and tabs that they don't sell on the floor. If you pay for service with out the platinum contract they will sell you the

The people at Aqua are a pleasure to work with. From grills and grilling supplies to Yeti mugs and coolers, we have an assortment of Aqua products at our house and it is our go to spot for gifts because who can't use some great BBQ seasonings? We first contacted Aqua pools on 12/14/20 requesting a quote for a new in ground pool installation. We received a form letter from Zak Bridges via email response the next day and followed up requesting a consultation and further information...subsequently followed up several times and consistently just got the same form letter as a response every time we emailed. In January 2021 I called the office and spoke with a woman who told me she would forward my request directly to Zak Bridges again. it is now early February 2021 and we have heard nothing further...Extremely poor customer service.
