The customer service at this store is always on point! Cindy our sales rep was very patient with us, friendly, informative and a pleasure to do business with. We shopped around at other spa/hot tub stores and came back to this store after realizing this was the best value overall in San Diego. My wife and I originally ordered a swim spa from Master Spas. After their lack of customer service and lack of honesty we canceled our contract with them. My wife and I walked into Champagne Spas and met with Karen. Karen was professional and knowledgeable about the product being sold at their store. We sat down with Karen and explained our concerns and needs. Karen explained to us the differences with their spas and other competitors spas. Karen made it very easy for us to sign a contract and order a 15' swim trainer Tidalfit swim spa. Karen never gave us an unrealistic delivery date and

Karen Crowley and the crew at Champagne Spas bent over backwards to help us get the spa of our dreams VERY quickly and at a great price. The install was effortless and it runs like a Swiss watch! I ordered one product from this retailer located at 5710 Keamy Villa Road, San Diego CA 92123. Spa Essentials Brominating Concentrate 2 lbs. Retailer sent me my one product but later claimed in an email that I ordered 2 products and they claim they shipped 2 products. Unfortunately for retailer, only one product was shipped. I have required Spa And Pool Store to reverse their duplicate charge. They have stated, without proof, I ordered the same product for them twice on 9.9.20. I have no use for four pounds of the product. At 1.5 teaspoons per week it would take over 4 years to use up, if the

I had an amazing experience with Champagne Spas. Cindy was fantastic! She answered every question and returned my calls and texts in a timely matter. Simple communication and effort is lost these days in big ticket sales. It was our first spa so I had no idea what to expect. Everything was executed exactly as Cindy said it would.
