They came out and did an inspection and Sandy will not return calls/emails to do the recommended work. Seems like others have had the same communication issues.

Couldn't even get a call back. We were looking to switch over our current wood burning stove to a pellet stove. We visited the showroom and they were "closed" with a sign stating they are by appointment only - due to what other than Covid, the new royal excuse of the century.... so we called several times and left a few voicemails and no one ever returned our call. Opposite way of which a business should be run in my opinion.

We established an appointment with Sandy to meet in the store's showroom in Waynesville. We had a very productive meeting and we set a date for one of their field service men to visit our home and establish a budget to install a gas wood style decorative heating stove. The gentleman arrived on time, was very friendly, he took measurements and photographs of the existing wood burning stove and even climbed the roof to inspect the chimney and flue pipe. We thought this company was going to be the answer to our quest to install a gas heater. This is where it all fell apart. No follow up. We have

I needed a new damper fabricated and an associate came to my home to measure. The very courteous gentleman told me it should take one to two weeks. This was late July, 2020, and it is now October. After several phone calls to the company I have received no response. I have since gone with another company and hope to have better luck. Clean Sweep is not a local business I will support in the future.
