We had an incident with our gas top stove and the ignitor would not stop after cleaning. The stove was pulled out from the wall and unplugged to stop the ignitor. Called Davis Appliance and they were booked out for one week. This company was highly recommended by trusted resources and we waited for the service. Zach called prior to arrival on the scheduled date. He was so knowledgeable
and helpful, provided education about the gas top and how to properly clean the surface and surrounding area to prevent this situation. He also took the time to pull out our refrigerator and educated us on the need

Repairman was on time, professional, and explained what he was doing. He also gave me additional pointers on maintaining my dishwasher for extra life. LG said call them for repair. Davis is the service center for LG. Lady on the phone (Samantha or Shelly) was not very nice. Since I lived in Lynn Haven. They said too far not happening. I explained I had been on the phone with LG for 45 min just to get there number,
I even offered to pay extra out of my own pocket for service even though my fridge is still under warranty. Jimmy Davis who used to own this business (GREAT MAN) would have never been as rude as these folks were. Please do not confuse Jimmy with the current owner. After I mentioned Jimmy, I was hung up on.
