Emmaty's Founder and President, Dr. Madeline Cabrera, has a PhD in Systems Engineering and Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with more than twelve years of management experience delivering engineering and construction services to clients.
This includes significant experience in Project Management, Software Development, and Electrical and Systems Enginering support across a wide-range of industries and functions. In addition, Dr. Cabrera is the direct holder of the Construction Supervisor License (CSL) for Emmaty. The name of the company comes from the combination of the names of Madeline's kids, Emily & Matthew - Hence Emmaty!
