After meeting with several builders about a home addition we chose Milt. Milt did a wonderful job designing the addition so that it looked like it was part of the original house. Milt had the experience and contacts needed to do a great job and we couldn’t be happier with the completed project. Milt did a great job keeping us informed on the project and what to expect next. Milt made my vision and floor plans come to life! We had a beautiful in-law suite built on our existing home and it turned out perfect! Now my father-in-law has the privacy he needs with the convience of being close to us (which we needed). We also created a great wrap around porch, creating a dry walk to his own private entrance. The design choices we made make our addition look original to the home, we couldn’t be happier! Milt was always available, very patient, and his kind-natured personality made him easy to work with. We now have a custom addition we are proud of ☺️

We considered and met with other builders before we chose Milt Pavlisin Custom Homes. We were not familiar with Pavlisin Homes, so we questioned people who had built with Milt and received only positive feedback.

My wife and I were worried about building a home these days, after hearing horror stories of different experiences of family and friends with their building process. We completed a large project with Milt this summer (2019) which consisted of adding 2 large rooms and completely changing the exterior appearance of our home. Simply put, we are extremely happy with the end result of the project. From start to finish Milt was professional and easy to work with, always being available to address questions and concerns. The design process and arriving at the final set of plans was low stress as Milt was extremely patient and accommodating in generating multiple versions of the plans (which were of high quality) to reflect any small revisions we wanted to see. Milt built our home in 2005 and we were very satisfied with the whole process and results. We were able to start with one of Milt's designs and make tweaks until we got exactly what we wanted that fit within our budget. Milt was very easy to work with and very helpful along the way. Even when we would change our mind about something or want to add something he did his best to accommodate.

We have used Milt Pavlisin for both new construction and a complete re-model and came away completely satisfied both times. The new build was in a flood plain on the Chagrin River and the rebuild was a nearly 100 year old house on Lake Erie. Each of our projects were especially challenging and Milt was able to work through the challenges to find a way to get it done. Milt is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, patient and is just truly a good guy.
