Peter was a great salesman but it ended there. Customer service sucks! Many phone calls and/or texts have been sent and absolutely no response from anyone - very frustrating. Maybe a live person to at least answer the phone so there is some sort of communication as there is none the way it is now. Leave a message - yeah right. Might as well save your breath. Promises made and never fulfilled with no explanation. STILL WAITING to complete my fireplace. We live 100 miles from Wichita and have had to make NUMEROUS trips to pick up items that were forgotten - backordered - lost? I suggested shipping

Cannot get anyone to call back or help us with issues we are having with brand new fireplace. So very frustrated. Ready to return it and go elsewhere. No one answers phones or returns calls. You leave message after message on all extensions but no call back!! Go somewhere else!!!

I have yet to make a purchase at this business but just because the customer service involved as well as the defiant behavior of the workers I am definitely going to put it at the top of my list when I decide to move forward with my project. They provided me at the answers to the majority of my questions as well as information on what their current offers and promotions are. Great business model so far definitely looking forward to doing more business with them.

Well i did not purchase any items but was looking for parts for a outdoor heater and i ended up at the owners home for a replacement unit now that is service in my opinion thanks wilton Dod
