Report
With over 20 years experience and expertise passed on to a second generation, we know how to make our work and repairs last the test of time. We only use the highest quality materials and ensure that our work is exceptional in all our repairs and drywall installs. Justin & Jennifer Tracy have been in the business together as business partners since their wedding day in 2000.
A/C Leaks
Report
During fall and winter months, our air conditioners can sit idle. This can cause water in the drain line to gunk up and cause a clog. I have even heard of A/C drain lines becoming clogged due to different types of nests being built in the drain line. Remember to get your heaters checked before the winter months and get your air conditioners checked before the summer months, especially the drain lines.
Bad Patch
Report
We can send out one of our drywall repair specialists to scrape, resurface and texture the repair to bring it up to Tracy Drywall standards. Unfortunately, most of the time, this is going to cost as much as if we had done the repair from scratch. Reason being, we do not have to replace the drywall again, but instead of floating just the seams of the repair, we now have to float over the entire repair.
New Custom Homes
Report
In most homes built today, the interior walls are made of drywall, an easy to install, repair and finish material that has become ubiquitous in home construction. However, for thousands of years before that, people have been finishing their walls with plaster. Traditionally, plaster would be applied on lath, but today some walls are made of plaster applied to a special kind of wall board called blue board.
Ceiling Repair
Report
These are some of the reasons why you might have a hole in your ceiling. I know. It might sound like this is something that you can fix. It can be, it just depends on how much you like to see your own repair every time it catches your eye. If you want the repair to look like the rest of your ceiling or wall, please call the professionals and let us take care of it.
