We begin every staff meeting with a reading of our mission, vision and core values. Back in 2003, in the face of tremendous growth, we knew it was time to develop a strategic plan. As part of that process, we brainstormed what it means to work at Hayner Hoyt. Turns out, our company culture was pretty well defined before it was, well, defined.

Today, it's still what drives us. IT IS OUR MISSION to build ongoing mutually beneficial business relationships through meeting or exceeding customer expectations and by conducting our business honestly and ethically. Through that process we will provide opportunities for all employees to enjoy rewarding and challenging careers.
