My unit needed a 6-month check up and I decided this time to call one of the companies that don't have four full pages in the yellow pages. After sifting through ones that answer with a recording, or have to have "the person that knows that" call you back, or say they'll be there "between 8 and 12", or don't show up, I had Brisk Air come out. I can't remember the last time an a/c guy didn't tell me I needed something. They were right on time, pleasant, professional and charged what they said they would. What a refreshing change.

Brisk installed a new HVAC system for us recently. We love the new system, it is quiet, efficient, and perfect size for our house. I was referred to this vendor by my home warranty company for repair on my KitchenAid refrigerator. They received the call early on a Wednesday morning. We confirmed an appointment for 11 am - 1 pm. By 2pm they never showed. We called in and was told the technician never received the dispatch notice. Now there are no technicians in the area. They will try again tomorrow. Fine - we are patient, we will wait another day.
