Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our advanced steam cleaning system removes deep-seated dirt while preserving carpet fibers. Using Soap Free Procyon technology prevents residue buildup that causes recurring stains. Truck-mounted equipment ensures thorough cleaning for residential and commercial spaces.
Tile & Grout
High-pressure steam cleaning restores tile surfaces and grout lines to like-new condition. We employ Turbo Hybrid technology to eliminate embedded grime and apply protective sealants that maintain cleanliness between maintenance visits.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialized truck-mounted tools revitalize furniture fabrics without oversaturation. Our process removes stains and allergens from sofas, chairs, and other upholstered items while preserving material integrity through controlled moisture application.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional removal of lint buildup from dryer exhaust systems reduces fire hazards and improves appliance efficiency. We address long vent runs and high-volume laundry situations to ensure optimal airflow and safety compliance.
Commercial Services
Customized maintenance programs for offices, schools, and churches maintain professional environments. Our services improve indoor air quality by eliminating workplace contaminants while offering flexible scheduling to minimize business disruption.

This place is amazing. They show up on time and kept my appointment, unlike other companies!! Eric did an absolute amazing job. We have never had our carpets cleaned and we have 2 very sheddy dogs and live in the dust of almond trees. This carpet is 20 years old and it looks brand new now. Couldn"t be happier. I will be recommending Grasso for carpet cleaning to everyone.
