We have an on-site resident manager, security lighting, video surveillance cameras, and an electronic entry gate. The entire facility is fenced and paved, and all of the individual storage units are on ground level. Our smaller units are great for storing items you would typically store inside of a small hallway or walk-in closet.
Our medium sized units are great for storing items you would typically fit inside of a bedroom. Our large sized units are suitable for storing anything you would typically fit inside of single car garage. Our outdoor parking spaces are roughly 20ft in length (about the length of a single car garage) and great for storing small to medium sized vehicles.
I needed the storage unit earlier than my reservation and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Registration took a matter of minutes and the staff was friendly and professional. The unit itself was very clean. The operator was very courteous, very thorough, did my paperwork in a timely manner whilst still being gregarious.

Thank you for visiting First American Self Storage! Our 5x5 storage unit sizes are roughly the size of a home closet. Ideal for storing extra items such as boxes, twin-size mattresses, books, records/files, and other small miscellaneous items. Our 20 foot (outdoor) parking spaces are roughly the equivalent in size to a single car garage.

Insurance is required to store your items with Cos Mini Storage. For your convenience, we offer affordable insurance options at our facility. Or you can also provide proof of current insurance via your home owners or renters insurance. If your moving in between the 2nd and 20th of the month, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the month.

1. Use furniture covers, tarps or moving pads to keep items off the floor of the unit (this will help prevent any moisture damage from occurring). We do have pallets for loan to keep your furniture off the floor also. 2. Wrap Furniture legs with protective wrap, furniture cover or pads to prevent scratching.
