Every time I call its always loud in the background, sounds like arguing. They take days to get to your house just to rack up bills, and leave you in worse condition then when you left. Ive had the owner to my sons house three times and still no heat. Not sure I should try any of their other technicians if the owner cant even fix my problems.. We will be searching elsewhere you should too!!

We are happy with their service. They were able to send a technician the next day in late fall. Levi was great! He explained in detail what was wrong and mostly due to lack of service as the previous owner did not maintain it very well. He's professional, friendly and went above and beyond

If I could give this company a 0 star out of 5 I would. After spending 8 days in the hospital and mourning the death of my daughter, we came home to a broken furnace. The last thing we needed. I decided to call A-Action Heating & Cooling because they had previously installed my furnace in 2020. After speaking with the customer service rep and explaining my situation, I had a technician named Levi Pennington stop by to diagnose the issue and fix it. If you're looking for a company that sends quality techs out in a timely fashion and really advocates for you vs pure profit for them, you can stop looking. This is the place. I've used them three times for various issues with our HVAC system at home and they are top notch.
