Owner treats clients as if they have a lack of integrity and with disrespect right from initial contact. Had consult scheduled. I and my wife rearranged our personal and professional schedules to make sure we'd be available at date/time. Owner called the day prior to confirm, however, we never received that call given we were out of town that day and in an area without cell coverage. Owner assumed that because we did not answer that ONE call, that we cancelled the appointment. No attempt from him to call that morning, send text or email. He assumed on his own to not even show up for

I met Jason and his team at the most recent home show at Penrose. He came over later that next week and instantly caught an attitude because my wife wasn't available. I told him we've been together for over 35 years and think with one voice. He told me I couldn't expand where I wanted to (which is great since I wanted some talent to look at it all). After 10 minutes, he started walking out promising an estimate. Nothing heard. I guess my project wasn't worth his time. He could have at least sent me an over the top quote. Very disappointing on all levels.

The owner showed up an hour late to provide a quote. Visit accomplished nothing. He wanted $1000 to draw up plans and quote the job. He voiced concerns while meeting with my wife that he wasn't dealing with the "decision maker." Wow! Wouldn't bother with this company.

We recently had our deck replaced by Deck Works. I was a bit skeptical because I thought the price was high and naively thought we could get it done cheaper and still have a good deck. After discussing with my husband, we decided to go ahead and spend the money knowing it was going to be done right. And they did a beautiful job! We expanded out 2 ft and over 10, moved the stairs and put in a bar on top of the railing for setting food or drinks. We also had a ceiling installed so we can enjoy the underdeck in the rain. The crew was phenomenal. A bunch of professionals that worked hard and paid

Overall the work was quality, definitely not above and beyond as promised. I felt the company was overpriced and the owner was insincere in his efforts to have the best interest of the customer in mind. In the initial planning stages the owner seemed accommodating to get a contract signed but is definitely a salesman and will not hesitate to do what's in his best interest. Additionally we referred them to a friend and the owner was unaware we were close friends as he slandered and made verbal jabs at/about my wife. I was going to go through them in the future to add onto the deck needless
