Services
Chimney Inspections
Our CSIA-certified technicians perform Level 1-3 chimney inspections using video equipment and specialized tools. Annual inspections prevent fire hazards and carbon monoxide risks by identifying structural issues, creosote buildup, and drafting problems. We follow NFPA standards to ensure compliance and safety for Florida homeowners.
Chimney Sweep
We remove soot and creosote deposits from chimneys using rotary power sweeping equipment. Our zero-mess process includes HEPA filtration to protect indoor air quality. Technicians assess buildup levels to determine if chemical cleaning is required for third-degree creosote removal.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our CSIA/CDET-certified team clears lint and debris from dryer vents using specialized tools. We access roof terminations and perform post-service imaging scans to verify system clarity, reducing fire risks and improving appliance efficiency.
Gas System Services
We offer gas line installations, propane tank setup, and emergency leak detection. Our Category V Gas License holders ensure safe, code-compliant service for natural gas and propane systems, including appliance connections and pressure testing.
Fireplace Installations
NFI-certified specialists install wood, gas, electric, and water vapor fireplaces. We assess existing systems for conversions, ensure proper venting, and provide design consultations to match homeowners' aesthetic and heating needs while maintaining safety standards.

Love this company! It's important to clean your dryer vent yearly at least to keep your dryer functioning well and prevent fires! We have been using them for a few years, but they went above and beyond when we were having dryer issues at the same time we were replacing our roof. Scott came out and helped with everything including a bigger vent cap in the new roof to help!

Joshua did a chimney inspection with video. He provided detailed information on what my older fireplace's problems were and options for a remedy. His technician did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my dryer vent as well. I will definitely use their service again.
