Every rug undergoes a thorough pre-inspection in a designated, well-lit area of our shop. During pre-inspection, we are looking for structural damage, pet stains, and any signs of moth damage.

A: Because rugs are constructed differently than carpet, lots and lots of water, special rug cleaning equipment, and cleaning solutions designed to be safe for the dyes found in area rugs must be used. This can only be accomplished in our rug care facility located in Naples. A: We guarantee to never expose your rugs to cross-contamination in a wash tub.
