Sean was an absolute standout professional to work with from the moment I contacted him, throughout our service, and also follow-up visits. He explained all of the services in great detail, was incredibly thorough in his assessment of our property and what we needed, and I could not be happier with the end result - a clean house with no signs of rodents. Aircom's rates were fair and competitive, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of rodent proofing, rodent cleanup, and interior vent cleaning.

I would give Aircom more than 5 stars if I could. I just moved into a new house and accidentally sent Sean to the old address. He was completely understanding and rescheduled me for the next day.
Sean was 100% honest with his assessment. He found my attic to be in good shape, and in no need of work. He didn't push any unneeded service or products. (Even after I caused him to drive 100+ miles around the Bay Area over 2 days...SO sorry!!)
This type of A+++ service and honesty is something I HIGHLY value and instantly makes me a life long Aircom customer for when I eventually will need work

Received a quote immediately, and they were able to come on the day that I asked. I like that they have a system that prevents dust from getting all over the house. Jeremy and Ki were meticulous! They explained the process before starting any work. They assessed each vent on how best to clean it before cleaning it. They also worked together ensuring that each vents were thoroughly cleaned. They also made sure that any debris were cleaned up immediately! Highly recommend.

I was able to speak with Sean and get an appointment from end to end within 2 weeks - his crew came out 20 minutes early and was extremely patient with my questions and requests for pictures of the attic space and the rat infected areas.
1 week later after the work is done, my house is officially rat free !!!!

Sean was very responsive to my request and setup an appt quickly to check out my rats issue at my attic. after checking he suggested that i should just simply buy some mouse traps to catch them instead of going through all the insulations of my attic which would cost my thousands of dollars. i highly recommend sean's service especially his honest feedback instead of just trying to sell u services that you do not need.

It was good. The two guys who came were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. Setting mouse traps and recommending what I should do to prevent any mice from coming in. The cleaned the garage and vacuum any dirt around the perimeter of the garage and inlaw. They also came for a follow-up. I would recommend them.

We had a pretty bad rat problem that seemingly came out of nowhere, and accelerated pretty rapidly, over just a few days. Sean came out the very next day after I called him and took care of the issue with no hazardous chemicals: he and his team found the entry points where the rats were entering our house and sealed them up, and assured me that he'd come back for unlimited follow-ups over the next three months to ensure the issue was taken care of. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend his approach as an alternative to traditional toxin-based pest control! Aircom really gets to the root

From start to finish, Sean at Aircom was top notch. He stood out from the competition with his reasonable bid and speedy response. He came out to assess what we needed for our insulation project, and was flexible in offering what we wanted (some areas regular fiberglass and others the recycled denim for greater sound proofing). On top of that, when we let him know we needed the job done quickly, he worked magic, and was willing to come on quick notice and get it done over the weekend - he expected the job to take up to 5 hours, but got it done in about 3. I highly recommend Sean and his team

I was smelling a faint dusty/smoky odor in my place and thought it might be from dirty air ducts. I emailed Air Com for prices and got a response pretty quickly. I was able to get an appointment the next day with Jeremy. He cleaned 7 vents that haven't been touched in years! He was courteous, helpful, made good suggestions and did the job quickly. I would call the company again for HVAC type work in the future.

I really appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy that Sean brought to our conversation. I was in need of help with a HVAC project and Sean was able to guide me in the direction of how to address this issue- and it turned out I didn't even need to hire Aircom, though I was able to receive guidance and information on the route I needed to take. I suspected having rodents somewhere in the house because of some mice droppings I saw in our backyard. Aircom was super responsive and showed up the same day to provide a free inspection. Our inspector was very honest and explained to us that given the type of insulation in our attic it is unlikely mice will rest upstairs and that there was no evidence of rodents. He didn't try to sell us anything unnecessarily!
