They built our home, our first home, and I will NEVER use them again!! They are only in it for money. Poor workmanship. Everything falls apart. Some things werent caulked. Just a bad experience and i wish i never got this house.

The Victory point apartments have black mold on the interior drywall of the building. Ive reported them to codes and if they do not do anything. Im going to the state.

Bert Singletary is the "MAN". He went above and beyond to help the non-profit, Butterfly Moments, design and build a 5-unit apartment that will provide low-income veterans with long-term residence. He has been both a blessing and a God-send. I feel that we definitely got more bang for our buck, only because of Bert and the person he is. I would not hesitate to recommend Singletary Construction to anyone for any building project.

I have attempted to enjoy this home I hand picked to purchase. Mesmerized by its external beauty, I entered and was not disappointed. My life has. When a living hell since. I have foundational damage. Water is coming in from outside on the side of the home. It has destroyed the dining room floor, the baseboards and my wall had to be cut. This is the second water damage in two year age of this new home. The builders will not take culpability and repair and my home owners insurance will not cover builder negligence. Im without words right now. Tears in my eyes and completely without
