Chris Rogers was great to work with at Wallys Carpets. I was having trouble finding a place where I could have a large piece of carpet made into an area rug and purchase a foam pad to go underneath it when I stumbled upon Wallys Carpet. Chris was super friendly said he could definitely have an area rug made from any of the carpets they carried. He was really helpful and I selected a carpet with a waterproof backing that I absolutely love. The only issues I had was a lack of communication when my order was late. I had trouble reaching them at times, meaning there was no answer when I called

Easy process in the showroom and set up a date for installation. The two installers, Ron and Mario, were very professional and neat. Completed the install in a timely manner including baseboards which were very well done. Very happy with the entire crew at Wally's and would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet or flooring

A great experience from start to finish. Tom the sales rep was very knowledgeable and the pricing was cheaper on higher quality material then everywhere else I looked and they were able to install the fastest.

Chris was awesome showed up early to our meeting. Got the measurements, had samples in hand and had a great price. The install team was awesome. Finished quickly. They were friendly and they were at my house early as well. I would recommend them to my friends.
