Fantastic service. They responded quickly and professionally, and even though Steve had to come out to the house and spend time diagnosing the problem, because the city ended up taking care of the issue he did not even charge me for his time. Incredible. Knowing they act in such good faith makes me very sure I'll call them up if/when I have any future issue.
Update: Second time using Ziegler and just had excellent, quick, professional service from Clark and Skyler. They were very polite and took the time to explain the exact nature of the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Thanks guys! You

Great experience with this company. I needed a faucet installed in a very tight garage bathroom. I scheduled the appointment online and was given a date and 2 hour time window. The office called to let me know the technician was on the way. They did arrive on time and the work was done professionally. It is nice to deal with a company that does what they say they will do.

I called Ziegler for a quote but ended up needing their services immediately because our shower wouldn't turn off! I called them right away (after a few failed attempts with other companies: no answer and no call backs) and they answered right away. I was lucky enough there was an opening for us the next morning. The technicians arrived early, talked me through the repairs, immediately knew upon explaining the solution to our problems and worked efficiently and quickly. Thank you Ziegler! I highly recommend them!
