I had a lunch time fire at my location and couldnt get anyone to help or respond. One call to ABT, and super responsive. They showed up, repaired my system AND got me open with the Fire Marshall, all in time to cook for dinner! 2 hours! Thats worth everything

I have a deli in Nassau County. The Fire Marshal wrote multiple violations for my hood and Ansul system. Within two days of contacting ABT, they had every violation resolved and started their work. Within 2 weeks I had a permit and inspection with the Fire Marshal.
Flawless and priced right, these guys got it done! Great Job!!!

If I would give no stars I would. Just called to ask a simple question and the operator was barking her head off at me. Didn't get a chance to explain anything before she was jamming down my throat. Very nasty, rude and unprofessional. Operator explained they received calls in the past that were scams. Absolutely no reason to take it out on every caller. Nasty is not a way to do business. Absolutely unnecessary and disgusting.
