He gave me the results in a verbal wrap up meeting, but did not show me up close any details. I could see red, yellow and green boxes, but that was it. Didnt send report despite numerous attempts. Shortly after posting review he did get back to me with the report and explained that he had technical difficulties obtaining the report. He was very apologetic. Im grateful for the receipt of the report and the information resulting from it.

Horrible experience--Dean actual never delivered my product that I paid nearly $1,000.00 for; I have been trying to get this dude to return my money for 8 months now... STAY FAR AWAY!!

On July 24th, 2018 I had a mold test conducted on two units of a duplex that I had just recently purchased; Dean, the owner and CEO of ProCare, was the employee who conducted these tests. One of the key factors for hiring ProCare for the mold inspection and paying the premium price of $898.00 for a mold test on my newly purchased duplex was due to the seemingly good reviews about ProCare; sadly, my experience has been anything but pleasant!
