Look no further than Smart Appliance for all of your repair needs! I got referred to them by LG for a washing machine issue and they repaired it on the first visit out for a very reasonable price! Their technician was super helpful in explaining what caused the issues and shared plenty of tips on how to avoid this issue happening again in the future. Clear communications and timing over text, on time arrival, and truly best in class service all at a reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them more - 5/5 stars.

Smart Appliance's repair service was perfect. Phillip is an incredibly knowledgable, punctual and courteous professional with the focus above all on customer needs. He ran thorough diagnostics to identify problems with our refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler. Laid out possible solutions with all pros and cons, prioritizing quality, reliability and cost efficiency. Promptly found replacement parts and fixed all the problems. This repair company was fantastic. They've fixed a few appliances for us over the course of this year and they were terrific with each. They are super knowledgable - know appliances inside and out. Very professional, very honest and nice as well. They've become our go-to repair people to call. They've helped us with several appliances through the past year: Our Bosch dryer would stop drying in the middle of the cycle, and they fixed it quickly. Then a few months later our Samsung refrigerator stopped making ice - Phillip came out with the right replacement parts and fixed it in a cost effective
