Each enrolled apprentice will be offered scholarship assistance, making enrollment highly affordable. 40 hour weekly on-the-job component, plus Sinclair Community College HVAC Apprenticeship Classes and Laboratory Experience. EnviroControl Systems offers each apprentice/journeyman a clear action plan for advancement.
Each plan includes skills to be mastered, tools to be acquired, educational components to be attended, and personal goals to be achieved. EnviroControl Systems augments the Personal Development Plan with written Job Descriptions.
