Omg calling this place with any typical question is a NIGHTMARE. Misinformation. Straight up WRONG information. The owner rambles on instead of listening to your actual question. Every single interaction is nothing but a big headache and completely useless. Ive had it. We are absolutely done having anything to do here. I dont care what it takes to get into or products elsewhere.

The only reason Im giving two stars is because they know how to cash someone out at least. I honestly have zero clue how this place gets any good reviews. Im assuming they are asked to , its a small town. Wait until youve had to deal with them a few seasons then tell me you can honestly give a 5 star. Theres no way. Be prepared to buy hoses each season if you get theirs. She will straight up tell you they are junk. If you have questions about doing anything yourself that they offer service for, dont expect assistance.

The person we spoke to was very helpful about setting up a new pool and doing the water tests. She was very friendly, and although the store didnt quite have the test strips that we needed, she let us know that what we could do and how to bring in a water sample to test in the store.
