Great job cleaning our messy place after we moved out. They missed something, I called, and they came right back out to fix it. Will be using them again.

I needed a last minute clean which I scheduled the Friday before for a 9am Saturday clean. At 9am they hadn't shown up. I called at 915 no answer. I got a call at 930 saying there was an issue with the cleaner who couldn't make it. The next soonest was 4pm which was too late. Did not offer to comp a future cleaning either

IF IT WEREN"T FOR THE BAD REVIEWS, I WOULD THINK THAT THIS JUST AN INTERNET SCAM. We hired Quick Clean Chicago for a cleaning at our home at 10 am this morning. They required a prepayment of $120 which should have been a red flag. We were supposed to meet at the property and my sister and her 3 kids were there to let them in. They never showed up. They answered the phone and said they would call back and now the calls are going straight to a full voicemail box. My sister is now cleaning the home (with 3 kids under 5 years old in the condo) to prepare for guests that are checking in this afternoon
