Our in shop technician, Tom Nelson, services orders brought in to our location. He is trained in glass and mirror cutting, building storm windows and screens, glazing new units into wood or vinyl frames, repairing frames, removing old glass and mirror, installations, and more. DIY can get a little tricky, so if you would like us to finish the job for you we can come out to you and install your order for a delivery and installation fee.

Our residential manager and part owner, Derek Schultz, has 25+ years of experience in the field with our technicians and glaziers. Dave Hayes, also a residential manager, has 29+ years experience in the field. They service all of our residential operations in NW Indiana and SW Michigan.
