I would not do business with these folks. I called the local number on their website for the Fort Wayne location. They transferred me to what sounded like a national call-center. They put me on hold again and all I wanted was to ask some questions to a Sales Rep. I called once and never got a call back. I called back a month later and each time I was told that I "had to act fast because the deal would expire by week's end". That can't be true because I'm told that each time I call. It's nothing more than a scummy sales technique to pressure you to buy something. At the end of the latest call, the

to answer all our questions. A delightful young man! The installation went very smoothly and efficiently. After installation, Luis and Joe, who are very friendly and professional, even volunteered to clean our gutters and refused any payment for doing so. Richard, the electrician from England, was most professional and friendly.
Soraida, the project manager , was an invaluable help to us with our many questions. She was able to convey instructions with clarity as well as patience. She was

Modern Mill Solar just finished my install consisting of a 22 panel array. This is an awesome company to work with and I highly recommend MMS to anyone who is in need of an alternate power source. Everyone who was involved in this install was highly professional. Everything seemed fine at first. Installation was OK. But I never received my RECS rebate. It has been almost a year now! They stopped returning emails. They never were transparent about this process either. This was over $7,500 too so it totally screws the value of a solar roof. I thought they were good but they look like crooks.
