Absolutely garbage. It started out great until they got their last payment from us. Good luck getting any help from them. Pool shell developed a blemish. They never had time to come out and take a picture to get it fixed. I ended getting ahold of manufacturer and got it fixed myself. Concrete cracked at multiple areas and we were told. " Too bad that's what happens in nw Ohio" stay away!!!!

We've had Hawaiian Pools close our pool once and open it twice. Thus last opening they never turned the pool on, didn't put water into the pool, and obviously lied on their report since the pool is not running. Do not use this company until they start valuing the customer and making amends for poor service.

We have had our pool for almost 3yrs now and have scheduled with Hawaiian Pools the past two years to open it every summer. For two years in a row, we have confirmed the date for the pool opening by us calling them. The date has come and gone once again. I called this afternoon at 3pm to verify they were still coming out today and was told yes, they are at the stop before you. You are next. Come 5 oclock, we get a phone call they overbooked for the day and will not be able to make it. The same exact thing happened last year. Scheduled for a certain day and was told they overbooked, wouldnt
