The Riley family began paving Tennessee over 50 years ago. Today, John Riley and his staff continue the tradition of providing quality Mid-South paving services and great value. We're very proud of our work, and are honored to tell you about our company. Riley Paving started operations way back in 1954, when John "Chili" Riley, born in 1936, built on his construction background by learning all about paving techniques.
