Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service removes embedded dirt, stains, and allergens using truck-mounted extraction systems. We apply eco-friendly solutions that protect fibers while extending carpet lifespan. The process includes pre-treatment, hot water extraction, and rapid drying to restore appearance and indoor air quality for residential and commercial clients.
Flood Damage Restoration
24/7 flood response includes water extraction, structural drying, and mold prevention. Industrial pumps remove standing water while thermal imaging detects hidden moisture. Our IICRC-certified technicians follow strict protocols to restore properties to pre-damage condition, handling insurance documentation and coordinating repairs for residential and business properties.
Oriental Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for wool and silk rugs combines gentle hand-washing with pH-balanced solutions. We perform fiber analysis to determine appropriate cleaning methods, using dusting machines to remove particulates before controlled washing. The process preserves colors and textures while eliminating odors and allergens through multi-stage rinsing and air-drying in climate-controlled facilities.
Pet Stain Removal
Our enzymatic cleaning process breaks down organic matter at stain sources. We use pet-safe solutions that target urine crystals and fecal matter without damaging carpet backing. The three-step system includes pre-treatment, steam extraction, and odor neutralization to permanently eliminate both visible stains and lingering smells that attract repeat incidents.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Scheduled deep cleaning for offices, hotels, and retail spaces uses high-capacity equipment with minimal disruption. Our technicians work after-hours to maintain professional environments, applying spot protection treatments that resist future staining. We provide documentation for compliance audits and offer customized maintenance plans to extend carpet warranties while improving indoor air quality metrics.

Questions
What types of carpet cleaning methods do you use?
We primarily use truck-mounted hot water extraction for deep cleaning, combined with pre-treatment solutions for stain removal. This method effectively removes dirt, allergens, and bacteria while maintaining carpet warranties.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes, we use EPA-registered, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are non-toxic and hypoallergenic. Our products meet strict safety standards while maintaining cleaning effectiveness on common household stains.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
Average cleaning takes 20-30 minutes per room, with drying times typically 6-8 hours. We use high-powered air movers to accelerate drying and provide shoe covers during the drying period for customer convenience.
Do you offer emergency flood services after regular business hours?
Our 24/7 emergency response team is available for water damage restoration at any time. We guarantee arrival within 2 hours of emergency calls to minimize property damage and prevent mold growth.
Can you remove pet urine odors from carpets?
Yes, our specialized enzymatic treatments break down urine crystals at the source. We use moisture meters to ensure complete drying and apply odor neutralizers that permanently eliminate smells rather than masking them.
Do you service commercial properties?
We provide scheduled maintenance and deep cleaning for offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Our team works after hours to minimize business disruption and offers customized service plans with volume discounts for recurring clients.

Rod did a great job removing 2 years of dirt and stains out of my area rug and suede couch. With 2 large dogs that have free range of the house and as people who eat in the living room a lot, it's embarrassing how dirty the home can be. Rod made me feel like my living room was BRAND NEW again. and at a reasonable price. Would hire him again! Was also on time and personable.

Rod has always been responsive, professional and really good at what he does. I am a realtor and have been using Arise Carpet for years. We have access to many other carpet cleaning companies and there are others with good reputations as well but when you find a reputable vendor there is no reason to switch! Rod has the truck mounted systems and can go anywhere!

Rod did a thorough job, and my three rugs that had been in storage came out looking beautiful. He worked diligently to get them clean and left fans so they would dry completely.

I have been using Arise for my carpet cleaning needs since 2008. They are reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I use them for both my own home as well as rental properties. They have worked miracles when it comes to stains. I have seen permanent marker and make up stains set in for years come out with Arise. I've also seen what looked like clean sofa's become cleaner than I ever remember (the water used to clean the sofa came out to be black at the end).
