First appointment cancelled, had scheduled to be home the whole day. Rescheduled for the next day in the afternoon until 5:00. At 4:55 the tech called and said he was delayed. I told him I would wait, yet again. He said that didn't work for him and someone would call tomorrow to reschedule. When they called to reschedule, later in the afternoon instead of right away the next morning, they acted like I missed the appointment. When I pointed out it was their tech that missed the appointment they said, "whatever". They offered to get me in next week. I thought they could at least reschedule for the

An actual repair company and not a national broker. Called one day, they showed up the next, and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. Gave a written quote up front. Came back with part 3 days later, installed quickly, which came out exactly for the quote, plus he hooked my exhaust hose. Very professional tech who obviously knew his stuff.

Terrible customer service. I would like the inner tub/drum of a washer replaced so I called to get a quote. I explained to the lady (and also the manager because the lady couldn't help) that the washer is not broken. I'm simply replacing the inner drum. The manager kept repeating "we will have to run a diagnostic in the field and see it." I told them there's nothing to diagnose - it's just a part replacement. (The washer is 3 years old and in good functioning condition. The replacement is really just because I don't want to bother with a deep clean) And he repeated the same line. It's like either
