Hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Long story with a lot of issues and a lot has lead up to this point. Id be happy to share mores details with whoever wants them, but here is just one of many examples of why I would never use Caribbian Pools. Our dig date was May 2020. It is now 6/28/2021, over a year later and we are still not done. 4 Months ago we had our final inspection (Barrier inspection) at which time the INSPECTOR said the stones that cover the bay for our cover were not up to code as some are uneven and many are wobbly. The inspector had not seen this part

We are BLOWN AWAY by our new pool! It is beyond luxurious and has completely transformed our backyard into a tropical oasis! Working with Taylor was a pleasure! He catered to our every request, his design recommendations were fantastic, he was always responsive, and most of all, he CARED about the quality of the work being done and our satisfaction with it (which warmed our hearts). After meeting with several pool companies, it was easy to choose Caribbean Pools & Landscaping (CP&L) to build our pool. Taylor and his crew were professional, efficient and responsive. With the pool industry exploding during quarantine, he gave me realistic timelines and expectations and let me know what could impact the timelines along the way. He gave recommendations but always allowed me to make the final decision. Taylor truly has the customer's satisfaction and interest as his priority. Caribbean Pools and Landscape were absolutely fantastic to work with! We shopped several builders and found that Don listened very intently to what we wanted. He has a great attention to detail and talked through all suggestions with us. It was easy to see that he wanted us to be 100% happy with their work!
