Mark and his team are true professionals and had some fantastic customer service skills. I went to World of Hearing for a hearing test and to update an older hearing aid. Mark went out of his way to help me locate service for an older model. I would highly recommend them for any hearing aid needs. they are upfront and very informative.

I saw all of the high Google reviews for Mark and Linda’s family run “A World of Hearing” offices in Boise and Meridian. I made an appointment and met with Mark for my first hearing exam since the 1960s when I was tested in grade school.
Mark performed the hearing test and showed me the results, unsurprisingly showing my hearing was very poor. I always knew it was since I was born with poor hearing in one ear. However, as the years have passed I also developed serious tinnitus that adversly affected my hearing even more.

I chose A World of Hearing, solely because it was a (family-operated business). Mark (father) and his son, Nathan, went the extra-mile and were great to work with. Linda, (mother) has a great personality and passed it on to her daughter, April, the (friendly-receptionist). I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing Hearing-aids because "West is Best" and they're the "Best in the West" !!!
