When we have a good idea what you want in your new home, we will give you a price proposal. We'll sign the contract and outline specifications. You will need a 5 to 10 percent down payment. The permit process can take minutes or weeks depending on the rules where the home will be built. After we get the permits, we can actually begin construction.
