Ted has a great knowledge, we visited several practices and no one comes close. He took the time to explain all details and gave me the information that previous services did not. I highly recommend his services. Ted was exceptional with identifying my 88 year old mother's hearing difficulties, and also with finding a hearing device that she could manipulate and that felt comfortable to her.
The explanation of her hearing test results were presented in a positive fashion, and Ted's gentle and attentive manner kept her at ease during the appointment while also giving her a positive outlook for correcting her hearing loss. Insurance covers some of the cost for us, but even without, the prices were far below what I expected them to be.
The ric devices that were chosen by her were high quality and they are a perfect match for cosmetic appearance and helping to maintain her dignity. I'd highly recommend Hearing On Call in Cary with Ted for anyone concerned about their hearing. Ted and Crew are phenomenal!

Hearing on Call was founded in 2013 with the goal of bringing a fresh approach to hearing care. We opened our Cary office fitting hearing aids in 2017, followed in 2019 in Arlington Heights.
