I called Clark & Rush regarding a home heating repair. Upon the friendly technician taking a peek into my attic, he immediately said I should instead simply replace the entire unit and ducting because my unit was from the 90's. My repair call had quickly turned into a sales pitch before the unit was even looked at. My two cents.. If you're going to call Clark & Rush for any home repair, be sure to tell them the year of your system before paying $89 for them to tell you to buy a new unit. If you need a new unit, give them a call.. they receive great reviews for new unit installs, however, If you

I had an appointment today between two and four, where did most of the afternoon and finally called Clarke and Rush at 4 o'clock to find out where they were, they told me they were short a couple of people but they tried to call everybody but oh well too sad too bad. I said I already paid for this appointment so give me my money back, the snarky little girl at the front desk told me she doesn't do that and if I didn't like it she would hang up the phone and terminate the phone call. How rude! Time to find somebody else to service my air conditioning and heating needs.
