We purchased a home right before the holidays, and the carpets needed to be cleaned. My allergies were so bad I was ready to rip out the carpets. I was worried I would not be able to get scheduled before the holidays, but I was able to get an appointment within a week. The scheduler recommended having a sanitizing treatment done at the same time. Before my scheduled appointment, the young lady called to let me know she was on her way, she was on time and was very contientious and professional. Outstanding. Professional. Good communication. I checked around for a place that could do the job (full home carpet clean) on the weekend - and a third floor apartment. I am very impressed, and would highly recommend Sweets! I checked around and got really lucky because they were able to schedule when I needed, and the price I feel was MORE than fair!! It didn't take very long either!!

I had an appointment for Saturday with anticipated arrival between 8-8:30 am. We got up early to move furniture, prep for their arrival and get three kids out of the house for the day. I called the company at 10:15 as I had not heard from anyone. Apparently, their technician had called in sick and they could reschedule me for Friday (six days away). I asked if there was anything better that they could do. Not once did I ever get an apology or an offer of something that they could do for me. I asked repeatedly to talk to the owner to see if there was a better resolution and never got a returned

We had Sweet's Chem-Dry come out and clean the carpet in our bedroom, living room and entry January 9th. When the carpet dried it looked dull and dirty. I took our Bissell carpet cleaner to a 3 x 3 area of the bedroom and got out a lot of dirt and stain. We received a call from them on the 10th asking how the service was and we told them we were totally dissatisfied as the carpets were not clean.
The caller asked if we wanted Them to come back out and I told her I believe it was the process used and not the technician doing the work that did not do the job and did not feel that another attempt

My second time using sweets and I couldn't be happier. Leah and Felix did an amazing job on a sectional, loveseat and rug. They were more than kind, honest and professional. The price was very fair for the job, I was given a discount for being a return customer. Leah also gave me some great advice on another wool rug I chose not to have cleaned. I appreciated that she was not pushy at all to try and get me to have more work done. I will never use another business for carpet/upholstery cleaning.

I've used Sweets Chem-Dry twice now for carpet and upholstery. Both experiences were positive. Their employees are professional and the service is great. The first time using them I had a special offer (can't remember from where). Return customers always get a nice discount.
